Anna and her Quilt

I FINALLY got a picture of Anna with her birthday quilt from almost 2 years ago!  Remember the Butterfly quilt?  I took a trip to Georgia for a visit with my son and his family and had a wonderful time, but also was able to get this picture.

I am delighted to learn that this is a much-loved quilt and is the only blanket on her bed!

Block(s) of the Month

Winter seems to be the time for heavy-duty sewing!  I am now signed up for three Block of the Month quilt projects.  (Actually, one is a "Block of the Week"!)

1.  My quilt guild is doing an Eleanor Burns sampler as a block of the month.:

2. I signed up to do this BOM, the quilt is called GRAVITY.  (You can sign up here.)  This one starts in February, 2015, and I will receive patterns and fabrics in the mail every month.

3.  I am making another Harry Potter quilt.  This is the Block of the Week, and Dianne is doing it too, so it is even more fun to share the experience with her.  

Besides these 3 projects, I am also still working on my Bottles Rainbows ticker tape quilt.  And making Skinnies for Linda's birthday.  So This ought to keep me out of trouble for awhile!
